You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into your circle. When inviting friends, family, or professionals to join a circle, invitations represent voluntary planning coordination. Role assignments in LifeCircle do not create legally binding fiduciary or caretaking obligations unless established through independent legal instruments.

All trademarks, interface designs, text, software code, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of GoEnhanced LLC or its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoEnhanced LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our planning tools or reliance on external resources.
